Are you an Architectural Technician with AutoCAD expertise, commercial project experience, and strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations?

Would you like to join a thriving team working on exciting new retail developments?

We're looking for a Contract Architectural Technician to join a small, friendly team on a 3-month contract (with potential for extension), supporting a business experiencing rapid growth through new project wins.

Role details:
Rate: £30 – £35 per hour (DOE)
Contract: Initially 3 months, potential to extend
Hours: 9am – 5pm, with flexibility for overtime
Location: Hybrid potential – office in a lovely location with free parking
Travel: Must drive – some site visits required

Key Requirements:
Proficient in AutoCAD
Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations
Experience in commercial and retail architectural design
Ability to work well in a small team environment
Comfortable managing deadlines and adapting to shifting project demands
Punctual and reliable
