Job summary

An established architecture practice in East Grinstead is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician for projects focused on cladding remediation and retrofitting. This role offers a salary between £35,000 and £40,000 depending on experience, with hybrid working arrangements of three office days and two remote days per week. Ideal candidates will have proven experience on UK projects and proficiency in Revit. The position also includes core working hours and regular team events to enhance your professional knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Architectural Technician on UK projects.
• Exposure to cladding, facade, remediation, or retrofit projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit.

Responsibilities

• Focus on technically driven cladding remediation projects.
• Produce technical drawings and construction packages.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and fire safety.
