Job summary

TJ Morris Ltd in Liverpool is seeking an Architectural Technician on a fixed-term cover contract to support the design and delivery of construction projects. You will produce accurate 2D drawings, ensure compliance with Building Regulations, and provide technical support to the Production team while coordinating with stakeholders and external authorities.

Applicants should have minimum three years' AutoCAD experience, a solid grasp of UK Building Regulations, and the ability to work to tight

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience using AutoCAD.
• Experience producing drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Support the Production team with technical expertise.
• Maintain CAD files and project documentation.
• Liaise with Statutory Authorities for Consents.
• Assist with planning and building regulation applications.
• Work with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
