Job Title: Architectural Assistant (AutoCAD) £35,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression + Company Bonus + Benefits

Location: Northampton

Are you an Architectural Assistant or similar with experience in AutoCAD, looking to progress your career into Senior Design roles within a market-leading company? Do you want to work closely with Senior designers and Project Managers on exciting projects while receiving specialist training and development?

This family-owned company, established over 50 years ago, has experienced excellent growth and now employs over 100 staff. They are market leaders in their field, working mainly with high-end private clients on bespoke architectural products, and have recently expanded their manufacturing depot.

They focus on high standards and have received multiple quality accreditations. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their design team by adding an Architectural Technician.

In this varied role, you will work within a small team of designers to create manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD. You will collaborate with architects and contractors throughout the project lifecycle, seeing your designs come to life in the manufacturing facility.

This role is suitable for an Architectural Assistant or similar with a background in Construction or related fields, seeking to join a company offering excellent training and progression opportunities.
