The role of the Architectural Technician – Architectural Stonework will involve:

* CAD Technician position dealing with a high quality manufactured range of architectural stonework such as facades, cladding, wall dressings, window dressings, balustrades, landscaping & paving

* Produce detailed approval drawings for client sign-off, based on project quotations

* Liaise with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure technical requirements are met

* Generate precise manufacturing drawings for in-house mould shop following approvals

* Maintain and tidy CAD drawing database and standard product library

* Offering support to the wider Building and Construction team

* Take initiative to streamline systems and contribute to process improvements

* Working on projects varying in size from £10k to £250k

The ideal applicant will be Architectural Technician – Architectural Stonework with:

* Must have experience using CAD software in a construction, architectural or manufacturing environment

* Ideally will have previous experience with cast stone, stonework, or similar building materials

* Competent with interpreting architectural drawings and specifications

* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

* Proactive and capable of working independently as well as part of a team

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
