• Carry out site visits and ensure technical standards build regulations are complied with.
• Submit planning and building regulations applications.
• Produce planning, technical, and construction drawings.
• Help deliver residential projects from inception through to completion.

Skills

Relevant degree with Architecture

Proficiency with AutoCAD

Relevant post qualification experience within a UK practice as a technician

Experience working on projects within the residential sector

Working knowledge of UK building regulations

Strong technical and drawing skills
