This is a fantastic opportunity to join an AJ100 practice working on high-profile projects across the UK. They are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Architectural Technician to join their Reading studio and work on a range of residential projects.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• BSc in Architectural Technology
• Relevant post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
• Experience of job running in previous roles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; experience with Revit is desirable
• Strong knowledge of up-to-date UK building regulations
• Understanding of discharging planning conditions is beneficial
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Full UK Driver's License
