Job Description
A client within the Public Sector based in Lancashire is currently recruiting for an Architectural Technician to join their Building Design Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, temporary position on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a local authority within a Design and Construction environment.
The Role
The key purpose of the role is to provide specialist architectural input into building projects across Lancashire, including the design, specification, and project management of schemes from concept through to site delivery.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and is offering £27 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35 (approx. £21 per hour PAYE).
