They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Technician to deliver on a range of high-profile projects within their Durham studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Provide architectural design services and project management to the residential sector
• Work alongside a multidisciplined design team and provide technical design solutions to the project
• Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
• Submit planning and building regulation applications
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance is met

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Relevant degree within Architecture
• Good post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
• Proficient with AutoCAD
• Experience managing projects within the residential sector
• Woking knowledge of UK building regulation and planning frameworks
• Strong technical and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
