Architectural Technician - Manchester - Construction

We are working with a well-established construction contractor who is looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their team in Manchester, working on prestigious construction projects across the UK.

The successful candidate will be a confident user of Revit, AutoCAD, and have a good knowledge of BIM Protocols. They will have good experience in delivering multiple projects and the ability to work closely with project and design teams.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician

1. Revit and AutoCAD
2. Capable of meeting project deadlines and managing workload efficiently
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Comprehensive understanding of current building regulations
5. Ability to produce high-quality detailed design drawings
