Job Opportunity: Architect (Mid Level)/Technician in London

An interesting practice in London is seeking an Architect (Mid level) or Technician to support their team for the next 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days per week.

Start Date: Week commencing 26th May

Location: London

Duration: 6 months +

Responsibilities:

The role involves working on construction stages 4-5, due to an increase in projects, with additional projects expected to come in.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit is preferred; AutoCAD is essential.
• Experience working with listed buildings is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of UK statutory regulations.
• Skilled in RIBA Stages 4 onwards.
• Excellent design and spatial planning skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize challenging deadlines and work independently.
• Effective communication and liaison skills with team members, external consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Confident in communicating with clients and project consultants.
