Job description

We are looking for a talented and experienced architectural technician for bespoke private residential projects to join our team. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, ambitious, motivated and creative individual with a proactive attitude who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career.

Successful candidates should have solid experience in traditional technical residential detailing and preferably have some experience in the detailing of high-end bespoke projects. You must be able to deliver projects across all RIBA work stages with a thorough knowledge of construction detailing and regulations.

Candidates must be confident of operating alone and unsupervised as well work well within a team.

Competence in AutoCAD is essential. The role will be office based in our small, friendly office in Southwark.
