Architectural Technician, Kidderminster - £35k - £45k DOE

Opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to join a multi-disciplinary team working across a variety of sectors including offices, residential, leisure, education, retail, and custodial. The consultancy has offices across the UK and works with some very well-known brands and market leaders.

You will be joining a team of Architects and Technicians working across planning and design. Proficiency in Revit and team management is required.

The Role:
  1. Producing working drawing packages
  2. Liaising with consultants and clients
  3. Leading and managing technical design projects
  4. Attending site meetings
  5. Conducting measured surveys and site inspections
  6. Revit software skills are mandatory
  7. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team and independently
  8. Previous project sector experience is required
  9. Technical ability to take full responsibility for own workload
  10. Relevant Architectural qualification
  11. UK in-practice experience is essential
