Opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to join a multi-disciplinary team working across a variety of sectors including offices, residential, leisure, education, retail, and custodial. The consultancy has offices across the UK and works with some very well-known brands and market leaders.
You will be joining a team of Architects and Technicians working across planning and design. Proficiency in Revit and team management is required.
- Producing working drawing packages
- Liaising with consultants and clients
- Leading and managing technical design projects
- Attending site meetings
- Conducting measured surveys and site inspections
- Revit software skills are mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team and independently
- Previous project sector experience is required
- Technical ability to take full responsibility for own workload
- Relevant Architectural qualification
- UK in-practice experience is essential
