A high-end design studio based in Henley-on-Thames is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic studio known for delivering beautifully crafted residential and listed-building projects with a strong design focus.

The friendly, collaborative team offer a range of hybrid working options and are excited for an Architectural Technician to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed and accurate technical drawings for tender and construction stages
• Prepare full drawing packages including plans, sections, elevations, and joinery details
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and consultants to ensure feasibility and accuracy
• Conduct site visits and surveys, providing technical input where required
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building regulations and health and safety standards
• Collaborate with the design team to resolve design and technical challenges

Requirements:

• HND/HNC or a degree in Architectural Technology
• Proven experience as an Architectural Technician within the high-end residential or listed building projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Vectorworks is beneficial
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing
• Excellent technical drawing skills with a keen eye for accuracy and quality
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
