Job summary

TH Recruit is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician for a reputable Architectural Practice. This role involves working primarily in the Leisure sector, with responsibilities across various project stages. Candidates should possess CIAT accreditation and relevant experience, alongside strong technical skills and proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit.

Recruitment Specialist within the House build Industry

At TH Recruit, we are proud of our longstanding relationship with this thriving and highly respected Architectural Practice.

We have been instructed to work on a new opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician, with experience in the Leisure sector.

Requirements are as follows

• My client would prefer to be based out of their Gloucester office based, but could be based in London or Newport office for the right applicant
• Preference for CIAT accreditation
• Between 2-5 years’ experience
• Strong technical and construction knowledge and good understanding of current UK Building Regulations and CDM obligations
• Experience working on projects through RIBA Stages 4, 5, and 6
• Demonstrate an ability to prepare detailed working drawing packages & preparing specifications
• Proficient in the us of BIM software's, ideally Revit
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary is negotiable and hybrid is also on offer.
