LNT Construction Limited, part of LNT Care Developments are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Architectural Technician to work within our Technical Design team who will be responsible for the production and organisation of design information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the detailed design and development of projects from feasibility stage through to submission of planning.
  • To work closely with external consultants to deliver projects successfully through planning.
  • To technically handover approved designs and associated constraints to all in house disciplines and site teams.
  • To assist the construction team as necessary throughout the build process.
  • To prepare presentation drawings and visuals for planning submission.
  • To work alongside our contracts team assisting with technical aspects of the contract.
  • To prepare technical and detailed drawings.

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge of producing working technical drawings and specifications.
  • Hardworking with an eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of technical legislation including current Building Regulations.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Sketchup and/or Revit.
  • Works efficiently as part of a team.
  • Strong problem solver and communicator.
