We are a small, friendly, but very busy, Architectural practice based in Farnborough, Hampshire.
We are looking for an Architectural Technician/Technologist to join our team and help with our expanding workload.
We have a vacancy for the right candidate to assist with the production of technical/working drawings for a wide range of work in the private housing market.
You need to demonstrate:
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm and excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise directly with clients, consultants, contractors and local authorities, as well as with the rest of the team.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and the ability to produce high quality working drawings.
- A thorough and sound knowledge of current UK Building regulations and planning legislation.
- Conversant with Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Revit and SketchUp experience (desirable but not essential).
Positions are offered on a full-time contract with a 3 month probation period.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
