Architectural Technician

LNT Care Developments is the UK's leading purpose-built residential care home developer and constructor. With over 30 years of innovation within our vertically integrated model, we have perfected our care home designs. LNT Construction Limited, part of LNT Care Developments, is looking for an enthusiastic Architectural Technician (Graduate level also considered) to work within our Technical Design team. This role will be responsible for the production and organisation of design information.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the design and development of projects from feasibility to completion.
2. Collaborate closely with all in-house disciplines, site teams, and external consultants.
3. Prepare technical and detailed drawings.
4. Attend site meetings occasionally, with sites located nationwide.
5. Undertake full Building Regulation submissions.

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge of producing working technical drawings and specifications.
• Hardworking with an eye for detail.
• Knowledge of technical legislation, including current Building Regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
