Our client, Thrive, is seeking a skilled architectural technician to join their growing Technical team in Romsey. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about producing high-quality technical drawings for residential projects.

Summary of Role: The primary responsibilities include interpreting client briefs, creating working drawings, and technical documents while adhering to the latest legislation. There is ample room for professional development within the technical team, providing opportunities to broaden experience and knowledge over time.

Key Attributes & Skills Required:

  • At least 2 years’ UK-based experience working on residential/mixed-use projects for developer clients and national housebuilders.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with REVIT is a plus but not essential.
  • Thorough knowledge of M4 (CAT 2 & 3) Nationally Described Space Standards (NDSS).
