An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Architectural Technician to join the residential team based in Bedford. The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years of UK-based experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and a passion for contributing to diverse architectural projects.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities:

• Relevant Architectural Technology or Part 1 degree.
• Assist in preparing detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD.
• Support project development with technical solutions and construction details.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to achieve high-quality design outcomes.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather project information.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and standards.
• Assist in preparing planning applications and statutory requirements.
• Up to 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technician in the UK.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
