Architectural Technicain

Location: Manchester, hybrid (1 day per week in office)
Sector: Highly regulated (Defence, Laboratories, Nuclear, Prisons, Hospitals, Government Buildings, R&D Facilities)

Anderselite is working with a large multi-disciplinary consultancy seeking a Mid-Level Contract Architectural Technician to support their expanding workload.

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience in technical design stages
- Proficiency in Revit
- Demonstrable experience in highly regulated sectors (e.g. Defence, Laboratories, Nuclear, Prisons, Hospitals, Government Buildings, R&D)
- Knowledge of UK technical standards & legislation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritise effectively
- Experience producing NBS Chorus specifications
- Understanding of CDM regulations
