This role will be responsible for ensuring that Etex Building Performance delivers its market strategy across the FSi Promat brand and to seek the best commercial performance of the brand by creating specifications that are robust and fit for purpose.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers
• Provide expert technical advice and solutions
• Manage relationships with architects, main contractors, key sub-contractors, and fire protection contractors
• Update CRM daily with key project and customer information
• Work closely with other Etex departments
• Identify new market sectors where Etex Brands can deliver best value

What you’ll bring:

• Demonstrable experience in creating bespoke ‘engineered’ solutions for construction projects
• Up-to-date understanding of building regulations and standards
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and plans
• Proficiency in construction design software and Microsoft packages
