Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Lead with extensive background in the residential sector. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading teams of up to four members and liaising directly with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, management, and direction to the project team.
• Act as Lead Consultant, managing consultants to ensure timely project delivery.
• Report regular updates to clients on project progress.
• Deliver comprehensive ‘Architect’s Service’ as per the RIBA Plan of Work and standard agreements.
• Assess team strengths and support professional development.
• Maintain high standards in design, construction, and contract management.
• Support colleagues to ensure standards and compliance are met.
• Review drawings and specifications for coordination, accuracy, and standards compliance.
• Provide architectural advice to clients.
• Lead by example with dedication and commitment.
• Oversee a team of Architects and Technical staff.
• Prepare technical documentation and supervise drawing production.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven excellence in architectural design and technical understanding.
• Strong skills in developing and documenting design projects across various media.
• Knowledge of construction technologies and processes.
• Understanding of planning, policies, building regulations, NHBC standards, and technical standards.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for architectural drawings.
