Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited in Orpington is seeking an Estimator for Architectural Ironmongery to price and specify high-end hardware for diverse projects. You will review drawings from architects and consultants and produce formal quotations.

This hybrid role offers a £40,000-£50,000 salary with full comprehensive benefits package. You will build client relationships, provide technical advice, and manage deadlines on projects from £20k to £1m.

Qualifications

• Must have estimating experience within architectural ironmongery or related products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• PC literate with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and project information provided by architects and specifying consultants.
• Price up hardware specifications and produce formal quotations.
• Provide technical advice to resolve customer queries.
• Build and maintain working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Input all relevant information onto internal scheduling software and CRM system.
• Prioritise workload to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Pricing up projects ranging from £20k to £1m.
