Job summary

Architecture Social is seeking an Architectural Designer in London with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience. The role focuses on large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes from concept through planning and developed design, with a hybrid working model from a London studio dedicated to urban regeneration.

You will develop proposals using Revit and BIM, create presentations and visuals, and contribute to High-Risk Building projects with compliance maintained at every stage.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of post-qualification experience in architecture.
• Strong residential portfolio of built or planning-stage projects.
• Experience with High-Risk Building projects and UK legislation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop design proposals for large-scale residential and mixed-use projects.
• Contribute from concept through planning and developed design.
• Produce drawings and visuals using Revit and BIM workflows.
• Prepare presentations and client-facing design material.
• Support compliance with UK legislation throughout the design process.
