About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Architect to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Barking, with regular travel to sites. You'll be joining a team of six in a small business that has a big impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients.
* Producing detailed drawings.
* Preparing tender and planning applications.
* Building relationships with contractors, clients, and other industry professionals. This will include negotiating, attending regular meetings, and coordinating the work of contractors.
* Making site visits to check progress.
* Using problem-solving skills to handle requirements and any issues that may arise during the build.
* Ensuring each project is on track to be completed within the agreed time frame.

About You
* We're looking for someone with strong visual awareness and attention to detail.
* Strong drawing skills, with the ability to work in 3D, would be preferred.
* Innovative with a wide imagination, the ability to think outside the box.
* Strong IT and Maths skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and present presentations.
