As an Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in delivering residential developments from planning to completion. Your work will directly contribute to creating homes that meet both quality standards and community needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and submitting major planning applications within budget
Producing plans and supporting documentation for planning submissions
Managing projects on site and addressing queries as they arise
Liaising with planners and other stakeholders on planning matters
Previous experience in a Design and Technical Department, ideally in residential or new-build housing
Minimum HNC in Construction or a related subject
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems
5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English, grade 4 or above
