Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE)

Software: Revit (must be highly proficient)

Working Style: Remote-first, with occasional meet-ups in London

Must-Have: AutoCAD and Resi experience

We’re working with a boutique architectural practice that specialises in thoughtful, high-quality residential development across the UK. They collaborate closely with developers and pride themselves on delivering clever, design-led housing—efficient, elegant, and rooted in real-world needs.

Now, they’re looking for an Architectural Assistant who’s confident in AutoCAD, great with detail, and within commutable distance to London for the occasional team catch-up.

The Role:

This is a key support position across a range of residential projects, where technical skill meets design sensibility. You’ll be a Revit pro—building detailed models, crafting custom families, and supporting the delivery of well-considered housing schemes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Modelling – Create detailed, accurate models
  2. Design Development – Contribute to concept design, planning sets, and technical documentation
  3. Technical Detailing – Assist in producing construction-level drawings and specifications
  4. Project Coordination – Liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors to keep things running smoothly
  5. Collaboration – Join periodic team meetings in London to share ideas, check in, and stay connected
What You’ll Bring:
  1. Fluent AutoCAD skills – You must be confident using AutoCAD as your primary tool, including custom family modelling
  2. A solid grasp of UK planning policies and building regulations, particularly in the residential sector
  3. Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
  4. A self-starter attitude with excellent remote communication skills
  5. Flexibility to join occasional in-person meetings in or around London
