CRS Professionals (UK) Ltd is a leading architectural firm specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Assistant Part II to join our team.

Position: Permanent, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with architects and designers to develop design concepts and produce high-quality drawings and visualizations.
  2. Assist in preparing planning and building regulation applications.
  3. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development.
  4. Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications.
  5. Communicate with contractors and consultants to ensure accurate and timely project completion.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.
  7. Contribute to the development of the company's design standards and processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Part II qualification or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong design and technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
