Job summary

Ingleton Wood is recruiting an Architectural Assistant (Part 2) for our Billericay office. The role focuses on producing architectural drawings in REVIT and AutoCAD, with opportunities in education, public sector, social housing and healthcare projects.

Ideal candidates will have strong IT and communication skills, be eligible to work in the UK, able to work independently or in a team, and keen to develop their career through in-house training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist Architectural team in developing schemes from concept to detail.
• Produce planning through Building Regulations drawings on REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Liaise with consultants and contractors to ensure integrated documentation.
• Carry out measured surveys of buildings.
• Attend site meetings and contribute to project delivery.
• Write technical specifications and support drawing packages.
