Job summary

Jobsinkent seeks a Part II/ III+ Architectural Assistant for residential and commercial projects. Enjoy a people-driven employer with training, hybrid working and a forward-thinking culture.

You will work on concepts, drawings, site visits, using AutoCAD and Revit, and coordinate with engineers and contractors. 37.5 hours Mon-Fri, salary £35-42k, based within reasonable commute to Crowborough.

Qualifications

• AutoCAD or Revit experience required.
• Residential or commercial experience preferred.
• Strong detailed/technical architectural design skills.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & reviewing concepts, applications and documents and producing technical designs and drawings
• Using software such as AutoCAD and REVIT
• Conducting site visits to assess projects and liaise with the clients
• Working on small-scale and large-scale residential + commercial projects
• Developing final proposals and coordinating with engineers, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
