Job Description:

Imagine waking up excited to go to work, knowing that today brings another chance to shape remarkable spaces. Here, each project is distinct - no two are ever the same. You’ll push creative boundaries, respond thoughtfully to unique contexts, and build a portfolio that genuinely inspires pride.

Picture yourself in an award-winning, medium-sized studio that perfectly blends the opportunities of larger firms (projects of scale/notability) with the creative freedom and increased responsibility of boutique practices. Here, you’ll enjoy real exposure, meaningful responsibility, and a clear path toward leadership.

You'll dive into diverse, medium to large-scale UK and international projects. From reinvented cultural venues to luxurious bespoke residences, every day offers new challenges and creative possibilities. Instead of being pigeon-holed, you'll experience variety, hands-on design, and direct mentorship from senior leaders who have shaped iconic projects at renowned firms such as Foster + Partners.

Your professional growth is central here. Whether refining early-stage concepts or working closely with clients and consultants, each task builds your skills and sharpens your ability. The experienced leadership team is committed to mentoring, guiding you through strategic insights gained from years of exceptional architecture.

You’ll emerge as a versatile and confident architectural professional, ready to excel whether you aim for larger or smaller creative studios in the future.

About You:

  • Talented Part II Architectural Assistant (or ARB equivalent) with 1-2 years of UK experience (including Part I experience).
  • Portfolio showcasing thoughtful designs across RIBA Stages 0-3, preferably with project values over £15 million in cultural, high-end residential, hospitality, or similar sectors.
  • Proficient in Revit and familiar with BIM and visualisation tools.
  • Looking for a role where your ideas genuinely impact studio projects and outcomes.

What You'll Gain:

  • Hands-on involvement in varied, innovative projects - from inception to completion.
  • Tailored mentorship from seasoned leaders with backgrounds from top-tier studios like Foster + Partners.
  • A supportive, collaborative culture balancing creativity, responsibility, and flexibility - without the excessive work hours.
  • Competitive salary, excellent work-life balance, and clear career progression.

This exclusive opportunity is available only through Grõ Careers.
