Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in Preston city centre is seeking an Architectural Assistant to develop and expand their portfolio within a stylish multidisciplinary practice, working on education, retail, leisure and high-end residential schemes.

The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and produce concepts using AutoCAD and REVIT in a BIM-2 environment, with strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• RIBA Part 2 Architectural Assistant qualification.
• Diverse sector background preferred.
• REVIT proficiency preferred; AutoCAD experience useful.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural concepts.
• Assist the MD and project team on live projects.
• Contribute to portfolio development and BIM level 2 readiness.
• Work on education, retail, leisure and high-end residential schemes.
