Grõ Careers is exclusively partnered with a respected design-led architecture studio delivering some of London’s most ambitious residential and mixed-use schemes. We’re seeking experienced architectural professionals to support delivery across two major London-based residential projects, each over 100+ unitsand currently at RIBA Stage 5.

This is an initial contract role with immediate impact and long-term potential - ideal for individuals with a strong technical background and proven Revit skills, looking to contribute to high-quality, live project work.

About the Role

You’ll join a collaborative project team focused on large-scale residential scheme technical delivery at construction stage. You’ll be involved in:

• Producing and coordinating technical drawing packages (external envelope, drylining, etc.)
• Consultant coordination and site-stage documentation
• Construction detailing and compliance at Stage 5
• Managing drawing issues, updates, and quality control in Revit

Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for:

• Architectural Assistants (Part II+), Designers or Qualified Architects.
• Individuals with a minimum of 2-4 years UK-based residential experience, ideally on 100+ unit projects.
• Professionals with Stage 4-5 experience and a solid grasp of technical delivery.
• Candidates with full Revit proficiency who can hit the ground running.
• People available immediately or with up to 1-2 weeks’ notice.
• Individuals working via a limited company (this role is Outside IR35), or those exploring contracting for the first time.
