Samson Space is hiring: Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant (Revit proficient)

Location: London | Contract: Full-time, 1-year fixed term (potential to extend)

Samson Space is seeking a talented and motivated Part 2 architectural assistant to join our London-based studio. We are a design-led practice working across residential and commercial schemes, with a portfolio that ranges from bespoke residential developments to mixed-use and commercial projects. Our work is grounded in quality design, contextual awareness, and a strong grasp of planning policy and regulatory frameworks, including the London Design Guide.

We are looking for someone who is not only technically strong but also enthusiastic about contributing to projects at all stages, from early feasibility and planning through to detailed design and delivery.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A recognised Part 2 architecture qualification
• At least two years of professional, post-Part 2 experience
• Strong working knowledge of Revit (essential), and proficiency in AutoCAD, Enscape, Photoshop, and InDesign, Canva (optional)
• A solid understanding of UK planning policy, with particular reference to London Plan guidance and residential quality standards
• Experience on both domestic and commercial projects
• Excellent design, presentation, and technical skills
• A collaborative, proactive attitude and ability to work independently within a small, supportive team
