Job summary

Bimplus in Central London is seeking a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join a well-established practice. The role offers exposure to a varied portfolio of residential developments, high-end private homes and refurbishments across London and the South East.

You will work within a collaborative design team, supporting projects through RIBA Stages 1-5, producing planning and construction drawings, visualisations and presentations.

Qualifications

  • RIBA Part II qualification is required.
  • Experience working in a UK architectural practice is essential.
  • Strong residential project experience (housing developments, apartments or private homes).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Revit experience is highly desirable.
  • Solid design, presentation and technical drawing skills.
  • Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join a well-established architectural practice based in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated designer seeking exposure to a diverse portfolio of residential developments, high-end private homes and refurbishment projects across London and the South East.

Working as part of a collaborative design team, you will support projects through a variety of RIBA stages, gaining valuable experience in both design-led and technically focused environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and delivery of residential and private residential projects.
  • Prepare planning, tender and construction drawing packages.
  • Produce high-quality design presentations, visualisations and technical drawings.
  • Support project teams across RIBA Stages 1-5.

Requirements
