Their portfolio includes extensions, new build homes, and work on listed buildings or conservation areas, all characterized by high design integrity and technical interest.

Responsibilities

1. Focus on technical delivery stages (RIBA Workstages 4 to 5).
2. Produce construction drawing packages and detailed designs.
3. Utilize AutoCAD daily; proficiency is highly advantageous.
4. Possess a solid understanding of residential construction.

Candidate Profile
