Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ post-Part 3 experience in practice
  • Proficiency in both Vectorworks and Revit
  • Strong experience in design and delivery from RIBA Stage 3 onwards
  • Good technical and detailing skills
  • Familiarity with relevant UK building standards and the UK construction industry
  • Experience across a range of project types, scales, and complexities
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in client-facing roles and internal knowledge sharing
  • Alignment with the practice’s socially driven design ethos
  • Enthusiasm to grow professionally and mentor junior team members
  • Experience using NBS Specification highly desirable
  • The right to live and work in the UK
