Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Architect to join our London office, offering hybrid working and a salary of £42,000-£50,000 per year.

The successful candidate will deliver high-end workplace environments from RIBA Stage 2 onwards, coordinate with consultants, and produce detailed Revit drawings for premium HQ projects in London and Greater London.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of high-end office projects through RIBA Stage 4 and onwards
• Produce high-quality technical drawing packages and detailed construction information using Revit
• Assist with the coordination of consultants and specialist subcontractors
• Resolve technical detailing and construction challenges in collaboration with the wider project team
• Help maintain design intent throughout the technical design and construction phases
• Attend client, consultant and contractor meetings, representing the practice professionally
• Respond to technical queries and assist with project delivery during construction

Architect – High-End Workplace
London office, with hybrid working
Salary: £42,000-£50,000 per annum

A highly regarded, design-led architectural practice in London is seeking an experienced ARB Architect to join its team. Renowned for delivering beautifully crafted workplace environments, the practice is looking for a technically capable Architect to support the delivery of a high end design London and Greater London office projects, from RIBA stage 2 onwards.

This opportunity is ideal for an Architect with proven experience working on high-end office projects, particularly through RIBA Stage 4, who enjoys collaborating within a talented project team and contributing to the successful delivery of exceptional workplace interiors.

Working closely with senior project leaders, the successful candidate will help develop and coordinate technical design information while ensuring the highest standards of quality and attention to detail are maintained throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a high-end office projects through RIBA Stage 4 and onwards


• Produce high-quality technical drawing packages and detailed construction information using Revit.


• Assist with the coordination of consultants and specialist subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• ARB registration with solid post-qualification experience in the UK.


• Proven experience working on high-end headquarters office fit-out projects.


• Strong knowledge of RIBA Stage 4 technical design and project coordination.


• Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge.


• Advanced Revit proficiency and experience working within BIM environments.


• Previous experience within a design-led architectural practice, workplace interiors studio or design & build team delivering premium commercial interiors.


• A professional, articulate and well-presented manner, with the confidence to work directly with clients and external consultants.


• Strong communication, organisational and collaborative skills.


• A genuine passion for design quality, technical excellence and beautifully executed workplace projects.
