The Role:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about architecture and technical design, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two projects are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings and specifications
Support project delivery across all RIBA stages
Collaborate with architects, consultants and contractors
Ensure all work meets current UK Building Regulations and planning requirements
Contribute to design development with a practical, solutions-based mindset
Requirements:
HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology or related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit (experience with both is desirable)
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience across a range of project types is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
