This is a rare opportunity for an Architect or Technician to move client-side and work across a broad portfolio of high-quality residential projects. You’ll be part of a small but well-established technical team that plays a crucial role from early-stage design right through to delivery on site. This isn’t just about technical compliance - your input will influence site layouts, housing types, and how developments fit within their context.

You’ll manage your own projects, liaise directly with consultants and planning teams, and work alongside commercial and site teams to see your work built to a high standard.
