Architect Position at Award-Winning Practice

A medium-sized, award-winning Architects practice specializing in care-related projects across the UK is seeking a qualified Architect to join their busy team in Newport, South Wales.

Requirements:
  1. ARB / RIBA qualified with a BArch or Masters degree in Architecture.
  2. Experience in the Care Sector is beneficial but not essential.
  3. Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
  4. Proficient in all phases of the design process, including feasibility, planning, tender stages of the RIBA Plan of Work, and capable of assisting with the delivery of construction packages to project completion.
  5. Experienced with architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
  6. Strong design skills with a practical, problem-solving approach.
  7. Ability to manage workload, adapt to various projects and clients, and communicate effectively within a team.
  8. Must possess a UK driving license and be willing to attend site visits within the UK.
