Vivid Resourcing Ltd is working with an established architectural practice to appoint an Architect to join their close-knit team in the UK. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' post-graduate experience and ideally be RIBA qualified or ARB registered, or working towards professional qualification.

This role offers ownership of projects from concept through to completion, with mentoring and support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' post-graduate architectural experience.
• RIBA qualification or ARB registration, or working towards.
• Strong AutoCAD experience.
• Experience producing detailed architectural drawings.
• Ability to work across multiple RIBA stages.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car; driving is essential.

Responsabilités

• Work across all RIBA stages from concept to completion.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings and technical information.
• Develop planning and construction information.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Support delivery of projects from inception through completion.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Contribute to design and technical development.
• Work on rural, agricultural, residential, commercial and equestrian schemes.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and drawing production.
