Job summary

Design Haus Architecture Ltd is a West Bridgford, Nottingham-based RIBA Chartered practice seeking an Architect with 5+ years’ experience to join our creative team on varied residential and community projects.

You’ll lead design development from concept through to completion, manage client relationships, and work proficiently in Revit. We offer a supportive, flexible environment with CPD investment and paid ARB & RIBA membership fees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in architecture.
• Experience across all RIBA stages.
• Confidence in managing client relationships.
• Ability to lead projects from concept through to completion.
• Passion for high-quality residential architecture.
• Excellent designer with strong technical understanding.
• Proficient in Revit.

We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Architect with at least 5 years’ experience to join our team in West Bridgford, Nottingham.

We’re a creative, friendly and ambitious RIBA Chartered practice, working across a varied range of projects from community-focused schemes to one-off residential homes.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience across all RIBA stages
• Is confident managing client relationships
• Can take projects from concept through to completion
• Has a passion for high-quality residential architecture
• Is an excellent designer with good technical understanding
• Is organised, proactive and a great problem solver
• Is confident using Revit – essential

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience
• Paid ARB & RIBA Membership Fees
