Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Architect or Senior Technologist, based in Exeter. The role involves in-office project running and managing projects from inception through to completion. Day-to-day tasks include architectural design, detailed project planning, and coordination with the design team. Projects will range from one-off houses to large residential developments.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 7 years post-degree qualification (or equivalent) experience
2. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field
3. Proficiency in architecture and architectural design
4. Experience in project management and job running
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
