Job summary

Konker is working with a well known Winchester practice to recruit an Architect for their team. You will be based in Winchester and join a multidisciplinary studio delivering diverse sectors with a strong Revit/BIM focus.

The role requires 5 years post-qualification experience, solid project running capability, and the ability to mentor junior staff. The firm offers flexibility, an excellent office location, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Architect with 5+ years post-qualification experience and strong delivery track record.
• Solid leadership experience and ability to mentor junior staff.
• Proficient in Revit and BIM processes for project delivery.
• Experience across multiple sectors within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from design to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Manage project teams, coordinating with engineers and designers.
• Oversee BIM workflows and ensure model integrity across disciplines.
• Support junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing.
