Job summary

Konker Group is recruiting for an established architectural practice in Cornwall. You’ll work across residential, commercial, education and community projects, contributing to creative and technical delivery with a collaborative studio culture.

Hybrid working includes one day from home weekly, an early finish Fridays when hours are completed, and on-site parking. Qualified Architect with strong design/technical abilities is required with UK work eligibility.

Are you an Architect looking to join a well‑established, design‑led practice where you’ll work across projects from concept through to completion?

Konker Group is recruiting on behalf of a respected architectural practice in Cornwall that is looking to strengthen its team.

With a busy workload across residential, commercial, education and community projects, this is an opportunity to become part of a collaborative studio with genuine long‑term career prospects.

You’ll work across all RIBA stages, contributing to both the creative and technical delivery of projects while collaborating closely with an experienced team. Revit experience would be beneficial, although candidates with ARCHICAD experience will also be considered.

The practice offers a supportive working environment with hybrid working (one day from home each week), an early finish every Friday once your weekly hours are completed, on‑site parking and a friendly studio culture.

To be considered, you’ll be a qualified Architect with strong design and technical abilities, be able to commute to or relocate to Cornwall, and already have the right to work in the UK as visa sponsorship isn’t available.

The salary range for this role is £45,000 - £50,000
