Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Birmingham is seeking an Architect to join a dynamic, RIBA chartered practice delivering residential, education, commercial, industrial and transportation projects. ARB registered and UK post-Part 3 experience are required; proficient with Revit and AutoCAD; you will lead on large scale projects through RIBA stages 1–7.

Qualifications

• ARB registered
• Relevant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience working across RIBA stages 1 through to 7
• Experience working on large scale projects across various sectors
• Excellent drawing and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area

Responsibilities

• Lead on large scale residential and commercial projects through all RIBA work stages
• Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
• Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD
• Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
• Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations
