Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a talented Architect to join a well-established architectural practice in Truro. This role offers the opportunity to deliver projects from concept to completion across residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes.

You will work closely with clients and consultants, producing planning and construction drawings while ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations. ARB registration and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD are essential.

Qualifications

• ARB registered Architect.
• Proven experience delivering projects across all RIBA work stages.
• Strong design, presentation and technical detailing skills.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and other industry-standard software.
• Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage your own workload while working effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design proposals and technical solutions.
• Manage projects throughout all RIBA work stages.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and statutory authorities.
• Attend client meetings and site visits as required.

Salary: £37-45,000

An exciting opportunity is available for a talented Architect to join a well-established and highly regarded architectural practice in Truro. Renowned for delivering creative, practical and sustainable design solutions, the practice works across a broad portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, offering the chance to work on a variety of interesting and rewarding projects. This position would suit an Architect who enjoys seeing projects through from initial concept to completion, working closely with clients and consultants, and contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality developments.
