Architect (Job Runner)

Salary: £50-60,000 DOE
A well-established architectural practice, now in its fifth decade, brings extensive experience across a broad spectrum of projects for both national and international clients. The firm's portfolio includes a variety of Residential, Workplace, Retail, Hospitality, Data Centre, Banking, and Mixed-Use projects. Project sizes range from small commercial developments to extensive urban renewal schemes, including several landmark projects that have received prestigious national and local awards. With approximately 50 staff across four offices, the practice assembles design teams specifically tailored to each project, ensuring a coherent path from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the delivery of large-scale residential projects
* Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
* Oversee and coordinate internal teams, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
* Prepare and manage detailed construction drawing packages
* Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections
* Collaborate closely with directors and senior team members on project strategy and execution
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* ARB registered with substantial years post-Part 3 experience
* Proven experience running large-scale residential projects in the UK
* Strong technical knowledge
* Proficiency in ArchiCAD or Vectorworks essential
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* A proactive and organised approach with the ability to work independently and within a team
